A Brief Introduction About Street Art.
In recent years, the Street Art in Malaysia has picked up quite a bit where many local nd international artist have done some art pieces here and there. Not to be confused, but there are a few terms that this form or art is being called. Most call it Street Art while some call it Street Painting or Street Murals.
At first in year 2012, it's started at Penang by Ernest Zacharevic. The street art of wall painting that brought by a Lithunian artist has become popular in Penang, it also emerges in Ipoh in 2013 by local artist. Our local artist started the street art the back of the lane Hugh Low Street and Hume Street, the block nearby Kinta River. In year 2014, Earnest Zacharevic came to Ipoh to do the project " Art of Oldtown" by Oldtown White Coffee. He has start to draw the mural in the everal place in Ipoh.
